Here are my all-time, best-found-to-date resources to help you create the most professional book and marketing pieces possible.
Organizing Your Blog
Book Design – Interior:
Atticus.io From Dave Chesson at Kindlepreneur. It has a bit of a learning curve and at this point, I recommend it for formatting more than for writing, but Dave constantly upgrades his stuff. I am tremedously pleased with the formatting of a friend’s latest book that I did using the software.
Cover and Interior Design:
Eli Blyden at Crunchtime Graphics
Well, me, of course! Email me: Barbara@BarbaraGrassey.com
KDP Rocket — COOL TOOL! Software tells you how viable your idea is, provides market data from Amazon on number of competitors, the average amount of money the top books are making, estimated number of searches, and a competitive score to help you figure out if you can break out in a category. All your competitive data in one place.
Sell Your Book/The Business of Writing:
The Chilton Method — I LOVE this course. Dave Chilton focuses mainly on bulk sales of nonfiction books, but he covers so much territory! I was going to write a Sell Your Book course, then I found this and it’s so much better than I could have done.
Want to take out ads on Amazon but don’t know where to start? Dave Chesson of Kindlepreneur fame, has a fantastic 5 day course on AMS Ads and best of all, you can enroll for FREE! Check it out AMS ADS COURSE
Self Improvement from SelfGrowth.com
SelfGrowth.com is the most complete guide to information about Self -Improvement, Personal Growth and Self Help on the Internet. It is designed to be an organized directory, with articles and references to thousands of other Web Sites on the World Wide Web.

Social Media Sharing Software:
Recurpost — I love this because once it has gone through all my posts, it will start over again.
Rev.com — this is my go-to company for transcription. They are accurate, they are fast. Full service is $1 per recorded minute and an automated option is $0.10 per recorded minute.
Thinkific — This is where I host my online courses.
Zoom — One of the best deals going. Their free version rocks and the pro plan is ridiculously cheap.
